TC44 Tripods series

Purchased the TC44U to go with an EM31Pro. The tripod is very stable and comfortably supports a 9kg and 14kg refractor/camera without any problems (no counterweight bar). I also purchased the 200mm extension tube which gives me greater confidence, particularly with the ED120/camera combination. I have no hesitation in recommending the TC44U combination with the EM31Pro mount ~ it’s allowed me to increase my imaging time, in any location, with true portability, easy to setup (polar alignment), and 0.4RMS or lower, guiding. Very satisfied with my decision ~ Onstep was easy to understand, the initial set up uses the hand controller (turn tracking on, set rate at Max, that’s it), and then all controlled with ASIAir or PC software ~ no issues at all. My images are pinpoint. Couldn’t be happier!
