Return & Refund Policy

All return requests must be submitted before returning any item. Please contact us at support@easeastro.com to initiate a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and components included. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product will be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping & Import Costs

Return shipping costs and any import duties or taxes incurred upon return to our warehouse are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method.

Customers in the EU and other regions may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, which we fully respect.
