Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched from China. Tracking numbers are provided within 5–7 business days of dispatch. For pre-order or made-to-order items, tracking numbers may be provided outside of the standard timeframe. If your order requires additional lead time, we will notify you by email after your order is placed.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery time is 10–30 days depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Taxes & Duties For most destinations, applicable import taxes and duties are included in the product price. If additional charges apply upon delivery, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
